All prescriptions issued through our service are generated following a thorough review of your health questionnaire by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescribers. We operate strictly within UK prescribing guidelines and medicines legislation.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your health assessment. Providing false or misleading information may result in an unsafe prescription and will constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw a prescription at any time if clinical concerns arise.
Prescriptions issued are valid for use through our pharmacy only and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment is taken upon submission of your order. If our pharmacist determines that treatment is clinically unsuitable following review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a secure, tracked delivery service. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted in line with the Medicines Act and consumer exemptions for personalised medicinal products.
Refunds will only be issued where treatment has been declined on clinical grounds or where an error on our part has occurred. Opened or used medication cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.
